My name is Lyndsay Rich and I am a Human Capital Strategist at White Label Advisors.
I received my bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at BYU. I chose to get my degree (and focus my career) in the field of Human Resources because I wanted to help people improve their quality of life.
The average person will spend over 90,000 hours over their lifetime working (per a study by Gettysburg College); this is an immense amount of time of your life to spend unhappy! If people are unhappy at work, this will bleed into other aspects of their life and have an overall negative impact on their quality of life.

My name is JM Thomson and I am an HR Professional at White Label Advisors.
I am a passionate HR Professional that graduated with a BA in Psychology that has greatly contributed to my HR experience of five years working with organizations such as VXI Global Solutions, and most recently, Shell Shared Services.
My expertise is in employee relations & stakeholder management. I also have vast knowledge of compensation & benefits, resourcing, and international mobility.
On top of my professional accomplishments, I hold a Philippine Professional Regulatory Commission license for Psychometricians.

My name is JM Thomson and I am an Implementation Specialist at White Label Advisors. JM is a passionate HR Professional that graduated with a BA in Psychology that has greatly contributed to her HR experience of five years working with organizations such as VXI Global Solutions and most recently Shell Shared Services.
On top of her impact on the industry itself, Christine has successfully led CEOs and executives through this human intelligence methodology to optimize their relationships, improve their cultural cohesion and achieve financial milestones. Her proactive pursuit of this a-typical business model has increased business productivity rooted in true, cohesive partnerships with Executive Teams to incorporate Human Capital systems in tandem with growth and ongoing scaling strategy. This approach assimilates businesses to the new Future of Work and its people through higher profits, better sustainable growth, and expanded market share.
In addition to her accomplishments in the business world, Christine is known for her female workforce development initiatives and her work as a dedicated member of numerous boards. As a Women Business Highlight in Utah Valley Magazine, Christine has dedicated her career to inspiring and helping the next generation of women in business. After personal experience facing the working woman stigma, and the obstacles of being a single mother, she has worked tirelessly to break down social and economic barriers to inspire women to work towards their goals of independence, creativity and business development.
Christine was recently appointed to lead the new ACG Utah Women’s Professional Network. She is a graduate of Utah Valley University with a bachelor of science in Business Administration with a SPHR from the Society of Human Resource Management in Alexandria, VA. Christine writes for Forbes Council and is a decorated member of their Human Resource Council. She and her son reside in South Jordan, UT where she enjoys cycling, paddle boarding, and yoga; she Skates and Alpine skis in nearby Park City.

Upon interviewing at White Label Advisors, I was excited to learn there is a firm that exists which is actively innovating HR by its strategic approach to human intelligence.
I love spending time outdoors, hiking, watching stand-up comedy, listening to music or podcasts, and caring for my puppy, two cats, and many plants!

From benefits admin to compliance and investigations, I've dived into it all. Fluent in Spanish, I bridge gaps for our Spanish-speaking colleagues, making sure they're heard and supported.
My core belief? Strong employee relationships and a positive culture are the backbone of success. Beyond work, I'm a spirited soccer and volleyball Mom, an avid traveler, and a book lover savoring stories with iced coffee in hand.

My name is Diego Juarez and I am a Human Capital Strategist on the Human Capital Strategist Team at White Label Advisors. I have two years of HR experience, I became very passionate in this field because I have found a lot of enthusiasm in constant learning and changing to make things better.

Such as strategies to help team members with their development, training, or learning new softwares or adopting new practices to improve processes to help a company reach its objectives.
I was born and raised in Guatemala until I was 14 years old. Not only did I learn how to speak English but I also had to develop skills that would allow me to help others. This led me to pursue furthering my education and my professional career in a field that would allow me to use my social skills. I am extraverted, intuitive, empathetic, and discerning. From a young age, I had to help my parents be better consumers of their job benefits, and meet job expectations such as trainings that needed to be done in their personal time. My parents have some language barriers and these trainings have always been in English. To ensure that they would understand the material, I would take the time to translate it into Spanish and then test their knowledge based on the questions asked. Utilizing these skills to support and communicate resources from an employer standpoint to an employee has allowed me to make work more rewarding
