My name is Ashley Henson and I am a Human Capital Strategist at White Label Advisors.
I began my career with a dental start-up company in Provo and was employee #6! I started making calls to dental patients to schedule their routine teeth cleanings. I eventually worked my way up, and naturally took on an HR role. I fell in LOVE with the people and culture of the company. I grew a strong passion for making sure that employees had a positive experience at work and loved their job. I became the HR Director and had worked with over 800 total employees at this company. I was involved in building all of their processes, employee handbook, policies, Mission, Vision, Values, etc. from the ground up. Our company won Salt Lake Tribune's #1 Workplace. This was an AMAZING accomplishment considering we were a call center, and call centers don't typically get this reputation! So I pride myself in being able to support a call center being a Top Workplace.
Working with WLA is my dream job! I love the strategy side of HR, and helping businesses take care of their employees through a hospitality-focused approach. I have two kids under the age of 2, and I love them! I'm married to an Entrepreneur who helps me see the business side of things and we have so much fun together!

After earning my degree in Business Management from BYU-I, I began my career in finance, working with Native American Trusts and gaining unparalleled experience in financial services. I later moved to the live entertainment industry, working with top production accountants for Paul McCartney, Post Malone, and Rolling Stones, to name a few.
Still working in the entertainment industry, I had the opportunity to take on HR responsibilities focusing on employee life cycle, performance management, and payroll. The more I worked in HR, the more I understood its vital role within the company and loved it.

LYNDSAY RICH
My name is Lyndsay Rich and I am a Human Capital Strategist at White Label Advisors.
I received my bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at BYU. I chose to get my degree (and focus my career) in the field of Human Resources because I wanted to help people improve their quality of life.
The average person will spend over 90,000 hours over their lifetime working (per a study by Gettysburg College); this is an immense amount of time of your life to spend unhappy! If people are unhappy at work, this will bleed into other aspects of their life and have an overall negative impact on their quality of life.

My name is Amy Vellanoweth and I am an Executive Assistant at White Label Advisors.
With my passion for helping people, I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton. I then quickly took my education, skills, and training into my first Executive Assistant position at a small medical device start up company in Austin, TX over 10 years ago.
From there, I diversified my background by working with a top private equity firm, as well as a mid-size advertising company. I recently moved to Utah, and am excited to continue my Executive Assistant journey with White Label Advisors. I have long believed that employees are the heartbeat of any company, and must be nurtured, respected, valued, and appreciated in order for the company as a whole to be successful.
Through my work as an Executive Assistant, I have had the opportunity to encourage these core principles among leadership and assist in shaping the culture of the organizations that I have been blessed to be a part of.
I am thrilled to be with White Label Advisors and lend my expertise to the team and the clients they serve

My name is Ashlyn Field and I am an intern for White Label Advisors. I am from Seattle, Washington and am currently finishing up my last two semesters at Brigham Young University to earn my bachelors degree in Communications.
Throughout my experiences in the last four years at BYU, I have learned many valuable skills on my path to WLA. By working towards earning my degree in Communications, I not only learned about the vital role mass communication plays in our society but how to use it effectively and strategically.
By joining the social media team of a non-profit organization called Raynbow Collective which helps aid and support the LGBTQ+ community in Utah, I have been able to polish and broaden my communication skills to reach all diverse audiences and understand the importance of diversity.
From working at Gary Folkman D.D.S, a dental office in Washington, I started out as an assistant, cleaning and setting up the dental trays to working as an office manager who was key in helping the office function as a whole. By having this opportunity, it has shown me the significance of having a well-functioning business and ensuring that all employee’s experiences in the workplace are a positive one.
I am absolutely thrilled to be starting my journey as an intern here at White Label Advisors!

DIEGO JUAREZ

My name is Diego Juarez and I am a HR Professional on the Human Capital Strategist Team at White Label Advisors. I have two years of HR experience, I became very passionate in this field because I have found a lot of enthusiasm in constant learning and changing to make things better.
I have two years of HR experience, I became very passionate in this field because I have found a lot of enthusiasm in constant learning and changing to make things better. Such as strategies to help team members with their development, training, or learning new softwares or adopting new practices to improve processes to help a company reach its objectives.
I was born and raised in Guatemala until I was 14 years old. Not only did I learn how to speak English but I also had to develop skills that would allow me to help others. This led me to pursue furthering my education and my professional career in a field that would allow me to use my social skills. I am extraverted, intuitive, empathetic, and discerning. From a young age, I had to help my parents be better consumers of their job benefits, and meet job expectations such as trainings that needed to be done in their personal time. My parents have some language barriers and these trainings have always been in English. To ensure that they would understand the material, I would take the time to translate it into Spanish and then test their knowledge based on the questions asked. Utilizing these skills to support and communicate resources from an employer standpoint to an employee has allowed me to make work more rewarding
